Are SO...? Fragrance products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit suppliers to do so on our behalf.

How long does the scent typically last?

Longevity depends on the product type. Our Eau de Parfums typically last 6-8 hours, while our Body Mists are designed for a lighter, refreshing spritz that can be layered throughout the day.

What is your return policy for perfumes?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
